A National Coordination Committee consists of representatives from:

NOC Denmark, the City of Copenhagen, the Capital Region of Denmark, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs, Sport Event Denmark, VisitDenmark, Wonderful Copenhagen, The Danish Security and Intelligence Service, Bella Center, NHG A/S and the Danish Year of Sports.

The Chairman of the National Coordination Committee is Karl Chr. Koch, Secretary General NOC Denmark.

A Danish Congress Secretariat is established in the Danish NOC with Jens M. Henriksen, the Deputy Director of NOC Denmark, as Congress Director.
